How do murals impact public spaces?

To me, murals are like a home-cooked meal — they take time, intention, and care. From the first layer of primer to the final detail, the mural process simmers slowly, transforming a blank wall into something rich and nourishing for the soul. When people come by to chat while I’m working, it feels like they’re stepping into my kitchen. Just like a good meal brings people together, a mural carries the energy of its creation and shares it with everyone who passes by.

Beyond their beauty, murals elevate the identity of public spaces. They make neighborhoods feel welcoming, spark conversations between strangers, and turn ordinary walls into landmarks. Whether they’re telling a cultural story, diving into a town’s history, or simply brightening up a mundane space, murals have the power to connect and shift the energy in their corner of the world.
