Micaela Levesque is a Connecticut-based mural artist with Colombian roots whose work spans Connecticut, New England, and international locations including Italy, Mexico, and Colombia.

She began oil painting in high school, quickly becoming captivated by the medium—so much so that she would skip other classes just to spend more time in the art room. Her first commissioned work came at sixteen, painting for a local Puerto Rican restaurant, where she first discovered the thrill of sharing her art with the public. These early experiences sparked a curiosity that shaped the way she perceives the world, encouraging her to slow down, observe, and develop a deep appreciation for the details in the natural world around her.

Her murals explore themes such as feminine power, immigration, history, music, nature and wildlife, and cultural narratives, translating lived experience into stories that are both personal and universal.
