This mural honors the profound impact of local leaders who have dedicated their lives to uplifting the Hartford community, with a special emphasis on Puerto Rican culture. Featuring Dr. Noel Casiano, Iran Nazario, and Jacqueline Santiago-Nazario, the artwork celebrates their commitment to advocacy, mentorship, and creating pathways for youth to thrive.
